It's important to me that you will be happy with your new piece of jewelry, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or replace the item within 7 business days of receiving the item. Returned items must be unworn/unused and in original condition and packaging. Shipping costs will not be returned, and it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs.

If your order arrived defective or damaged please contact us to receive a replacement or refund.
Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, minus 5% service fee will be applied.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Once you return an item, Use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be responsible for any loss during the return of items.
